Zoyara Jewel Return & Exchange Policy

At Zoyara Jewel, we strive to offer you beautiful, high-quality fashion jewellery that you’ll love. However, we understand that sometimes a return might be necessary. Here's everything you need to know:

Return Eligibility (Only for Non-Offer Purchases)

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are only applicable on full-price purchases. Products bought during sales, offers, or promotions are not eligible.

Return Charges

  • Your reimbursement will be reduced by a return courier fee of ₹100.

  • The remaining amount will be issued as a Zoyara Jewel Credit Note, which can be used on your next purchase.

How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Email us at support@zoyara.in within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and product images if requested.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your credit note will be issued within 5–7 business days.

No Returns or Exchanges On

  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or promotional periods

  • Used, worn, or damaged products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (like earrings or nose pins)

  • Customized or personalized orders

Important Notice

Returns and exchanges are not accepted on any products bought during discounts or promotional offers. No exceptions will be made.
